My name is Danielle and I am so excited to share my love of food and cooking with you. The moniker Midwest Mama on a Mission was derived from my personal goal to improve my health and happiness through food and fitness. I am a mother of four little ones who is almost always running on fumes. However, I realized that putting myself on the backburner was simply not working anymore.
